What camera do you use?

This is the most common question I am asked  when someone sees my photography.  I shoot with only Canon cameras and lenses (almost always with "L" or pro level lenses).  On each photo in my galleries, you can click on "view details" and it will display which camera and lens combination I used for that specific photo as well as its shutter speed and aperture . 

I am also often asked "what camera should I get as a new photographer starting out?"  My general answer is either Canon or Nikon's entry level DSLR.  This is not to say that other manufacturers don't make great cameras (a good professional photographer friend of mine actually just converted from Canon to Sony) but in my opinion Canon and Nikon have the greatest compatibility with off brand lenses and accessories.  This allows a photographer to not be limited as they find their niche of what they like to shoot.
